assalamualaikum
I am a graduate of vocational high school majoring in pharmacy. And I made this only for information for pharmacists, pharmacy students or anyone who wants to find out information about this. And here are 10 instructions that must be considered when preparing a doctor's prescription:
1. Read the recipe entirely, before we start with the maker.
2. Work carefully, weigh it on clean paper, always clean each use of spoons and spatula. Also lehe from supplies bottles. After use, pull the supply bottle in its place again. Keep it clean.
3. Always check before starting to weigh before starting to weigh whether the scales are balanced.
4. Do not use the scales as tares, but always use the tare items, because they can get into the weight hole of the scales.
5. Don't start by weighing all the ingredients. And leave it on paper, to avoid fouling and neglect.
6. Don't weigh substances that weigh less than 30 mg. weights less than 2 gr, always weigh in milligrams.
7. Always ask for help partners to check whether we have taken the appropriate form and amount of substances.
8. Do not pollute the mortars if there is no need; often mortar only and prevent substance loss.
9. Quiz all additions (gum and others) on the edge of the recipe, so the recipe can be made in the same way.
10. Do not show the sick, if the doctor makes negligence.
That's all. I try as much as possible to take information from trusted sources. If there are mistakes it's purely from myself and please forgive.
